Chuck

In Chuck geht es um einen Durchschnittstypen (Zachary Levi), der es irgendwie fertig bringt, alle Informationen aus der CIA-Datenbank „Intersect“ in sein Gehirn zu downloaden. Als die nationalen Sicherheitsbehörden mitbekommen, dass Chuck ihr kleinstes Problem ist, stellen sie zwei Sicherheitsbeamte ab, die sich fortan um Chuck kümmern sollen. Major John Casey (Adam Baldwin) ist der harte Typ von Agent, der nichts anbrennen lässt. Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski) fungiert nun als Freundin von Chuck, hat aber ein dunkles Geheimnis. Chuck arbeitet in einem Elektronikmarkt namens „Buy More“. Sein Kollege und auch bester Freund ist Morgan (Joshua Gomez). Doch Morgan hat auch ein Auge auf Chucks Schwester Ellie (Sarah Lancaster) geworfen, die jedoch mit Captain Awesome (Ryan McPartlin) zusammen ist.

When Chuck opens an e-mail subliminally encoded with government secrets, he unwittingly downloads an entire server of sensitive data into his brain. With the government's most precious secrets in Chuck's head, Major John Casey of the National Security Agency assumes the responsibility of protecting him. His partner is the CIA's top agent, Sarah Walker.
